Eric Progent is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in IT, sales operations, and marketing. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Sales Operations for Southern Europe at Infor, they act as a trusted advisor to senior management, enhancing sales execution strategies. Previously, they have held management roles at IBM, where they led sales operations and marketing initiatives, and worked at IDC coordinating client relations across Central and Eastern Europe. Eric holds a Post Graduate degree in International Business from Université Paris Dauphine and a Baccalaureat with distinction from Lycée Francais Rochambeau in Washington D.C.
