Glenn Catarious, MBA, MS, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT service management and telecommunications. Currently serving as a Customer Success Executive at Infor since June 2022, Glenn previously held the position of Global Head of ITIL Service Delivery for Networking at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. from July 2010 to April 2022, overseeing North American Group IT Service Management. Prior roles include Director of Telecommunications at AIG, where management of telecom vision and strategy took place, and various leadership positions at Verint and Teloquent.
