James Cook

James Cook is a principal QA Automation Engineer with extensive experience in telecommunications testing. They worked at Nortel Networks from 1997 to 2009, where they achieved a 95% accuracy in test effort estimates and successfully led multiple projects for JITC certification. From 2010 to 2013, James served as a Software Quality Assurance Analyst at EFA Processing, where they implemented automation platforms and developed the first Sanity and Regression test suites. Currently, they are a QA Engineer at Infor, specializing in pre-employment selection software that enhances employee performance and retention. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Angelo State University, earned in 1996.
