Jay Gilbert Ver

Jay Gilbert Ver serves as the Support Team Lead and Senior Technical Support Analyst at Infor, a position held since October 2009. In this role, Jay is responsible for providing quality application and technical support through various channels, developing and maintaining essential analytical skills across diverse product domains, and establishing test environments according to customer specifications.
