Jay Petrella is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over two decades in various leadership roles within the technology and finance sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Infor since May 2021, Petrella oversees HR functions for a prominent ERP cloud software company. Prior to this role, Petrella was Senior Vice President, Human Resource Business Partner at Citizens Financial Group, Inc., supporting numerous executive leaders across multiple technology divisions.
