Joseph Weerasinghe

Joseph Weerasinghe has extensive experience in supply chain implementation and customer management, currently serving as a Supply Chain Implementation Consultant at Infor since August 2007. Responsibilities include developing design specifications, configuring Infor Nexus cloud network, conducting customer training, and facilitating partner integration. Joseph has previously held roles as Client Account Manager - Team Lead and Team Lead - Client Managers, managing customer activation and training processes across various regions. Previous positions in management and quality assurance have further strengthened expertise in customer service and operational efficiency. Joseph holds an MBA in Information Technology from the University of Moratuwa and additional qualifications in Management Information Systems and Computer Based Information Systems.
