Keith Anderson

Keith Anderson serves as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Divisional CFO at Infor since April 2006, overseeing financial responsibilities for two operating divisions, including P&L management, planning, forecasting, and productivity metrics development. Additional responsibilities encompass Infor's worldwide real estate portfolio. Prior to this role, Keith held the position of VP Finance, supporting the Consulting Services Organization with FP&A responsibilities, budgeting, forecasting, and managing a global finance team. Earlier in Keith's career, from May 1996 to April 2006, Keith was the Director of Finance at Geac, a $600M software company, where responsibilities included revenue recognition, month-end close management, financial reporting, and integration of acquisitions. Keith holds a degree from the University of Notre Dame, earned between 1990 and 1994.
