Lalith Reddy has extensive experience in service sales, account management, and marketing consultancy, beginning a current role as Client Partner at Infor since April 2011, where responsibilities include service sales and account management for CX/HCM solutions, notably selling an integrated CRM and ERP solution in Sweden. Prior to Infor, Lalith served as Principal Consultant and Project Manager, successfully delivering CRM and marketing automation projects across Europe. Lalith also worked as an Independent Marketing Consultant at Cap Gemini Austria, creating outbound marketing solutions for A1 Telekom, and at ING Direct, where a large-scale enhancement of an outbound marketing solution was implemented. Earlier roles include Principal Consultant at Detica, Senior Consultant at Extraprise Ltd, and consulting positions with American Express and Marchfirst Ltd.
