Melissa Gray is an experienced executive with a comprehensive background in cloud operations, customer success, and consulting services. Currently serving as Vice President of Transformation in Cloud Operations and Technology at Infor since December 2014, Melissa has also held multiple senior leadership positions within the company, including Vice President of Customer Success and Vice President of Cloud Services and AMS. Prior to Infor, Melissa was the Vice President of Professional Services at XRS Corporation, where responsibilities included developing customer deployment models for mobile technology. Earlier roles include leading global consulting services for Human Capital Management at Infor and various senior positions at Lawson Software, where Melissa oversaw the implementation of HCM products and directed go-to-market strategies. Melissa began her career as a Project Manager at Software Plus and later served as Director of Client Services Support at ADP. Melissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from The George Washington University.
