Rick Knowles

Rick Knowles has extensive experience in warehouse management systems and information technology within the logistics industry. Currently serving as a Consultant at Infor since December 2018, Rick focuses on installing, testing, and training on Infor SCE WMS. Previously, as Information Technology Director at Sunland Logistics Solutions, innovative strategies were developed to enhance the company’s competitive edge in the 3PL sector while overseeing a team responsible for WMS implementations. Rick's prior roles include Implementation Manager at GEODIS, where support was provided to the Synapse Implementation team, and various positions at UTi Integrated Logistics, including Infor Global Product Owner and Senior Solutions Architect, where key contributions were made in deploying global standards for Infor’s WMS. Rick began the career at OfficeMax as a WM Specialist, designing and supporting RDCs on key warehouse management systems. Educational credentials include a BA in Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems from Georgia State University and an Associate of Science in Computer Science from Clayton State University.
