Sharon Beale

Sharon Beale has extensive experience in human resources operations, serving as Vice President of HR Operations at Infor from February 2024 to May 2025. Prior to that, Beale held various positions at VMware from January 2016 to February 2024, ultimately becoming Director of Global HR Operations, responsible for overseeing global functions such as Reporting and Analytics, HR Compliance, and Learning & Development. Beale also served as Senior Manager for HR Services Global Operations and Senior Manager of HR Operations for EMEA, where responsibilities included managing multiple HR teams to support localized needs. Earlier in the career, Beale worked as a Recruitment and HR Administrator at Boston Scientific, focusing on recruitment processes and administration within the HR department. Beale holds a Professional Diploma in Leadership and Management from University College Dublin and a Higher National Diploma in Project Management from the Institute of Project Management.
