Alan O'Shea

Alan O'Shea has six years of work experience beginning in 2014. From 2014 to 2017, they held the role of Housing & Residence Life - Computer Systems Technician at Ball State University. In 2017, they joined Christian Brothers Services as an ITS Operations Team Member. In 2018, they worked as an IT Support Analyst at Lou Malnati's Pizzeria and an Application Specialist at Uber Freight. In 2020, they joined Belcan as a Desktop Support Technician and Security Support Technician I. Most recently, in 2021, they joined InfoReach, Inc. as an Application Support Engineer.

Alan O'Shea attended Ball State University from 2012 to 2015, studying Computer Science. Alan then went on to Lewis University, graduating in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Science in Data Science at Lewis University, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
