We’re here to support the performing artist's journey, offering a comprehensive and individualised approach to injury assessment, rehabilitation, technique analysis, flexibility and strength conditioning.

We believe in proactive health management, equipping dancers to understand, communicate and independently manage their bodies. This ensures that they’re not just performance-ready, but also resilient and well-informed about their own health and recovery needs. Their unique needs and goals shape the care we provide, ensuring every piece of advice and treatment is specific to the intricacy of their training load, competition or performance calendar and stage of development.

We believe that performing arts are more than that—they are sports too. Our approach is built on this foundation, treating dancers as performance athletes who require specialised, sports medicine focused care. We also believe that our adolescent athletes are not just small adults, and connecting with them to get the best out of them and returning them to what they love is something we do best!
