Carmen Picillo

Carmen Picillo currently serves as the Data Privacy Officer at TechTarget, a position held since November 2023. Previously, Carmen held the role of Privacy Counsel at Dynatrace from October 2021 to November 2023 and worked in Information Security and Privacy at UKG from June 2019 to October 2021. Carmen has experience as a Privacy Compliance Manager at Nuance Communications and as an Attorney and Contract Analyst at American Tower from June 2011 to July 2018. Early career roles include Accounts Receivable positions at Calloway Labs and CVS Corporate Headquarters. Carmen earned a Juris Doctor degree from the Massachusetts School of Law (2011-2014) and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Keene State College (2005-2009).
