Gaby Ayala

Gaby Ayala, PMP, currently serves as the Design Operations Manager at Informa TechTarget since December 2024. Previously, Gaby held the position of Design Operations Manager at Industry Dive from April 2022 to December 2024, as well as roles as Design Project Manager in the same department. Gaby also worked at The Experience Design Studio (XDS) as Senior Digital Project Manager and Digital Project Manager from April 2021 to March 2022. Earlier career experiences include being a Project Manager at Pace Communications and a Senior Project Manager at Brown Parker & DeMarinis Advertising, where Gaby managed multiple projects and teams. Gaby's professional journey began in sales and customer service roles, including positions as Sales Coordinator at NUXE US and Front Desk Agent at Embassy Suites. Gaby earned a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Central Florida and an Associate's Degree in Hospitality Management from Florida State University.
