Currently serving as the Inclusion, Diversity and Engagement Manager at Informa Tech since March 2018, Andrei is responsible for driving employee engagement initiatives and promoting DEI strategies across various platforms. As the UK & EMEA Regional Lead for AllInforma Rainbow, Andrei has played a pivotal role in establishing Informa's LGBTQIA+ colleague network. Previously, Andrei excelled in sales roles, consistently surpassing targets as Senior Delegate Sales Relations Manager and Business Development Executive at Informa Tech. As Co-CEO and Co-Founder of A L I R I Z A, Andrei addressed gaps in the men's fashion market by challenging traditional gender norms.
