Brian Vasandani

Brian Vasandani is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and General Counsel for M&A Americas at Informa since February 2014, Brian has held various roles, including Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, Senior Corporate Counsel, and Corporate Counsel within the same organization. Prior to Informa, Brian practiced as an Associate at White & Case LLP from February 2007 to February 2014, representing multinational corporations, investment banks, and private equity firms in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. Earlier experience includes an Associate position at Jones Day, where representation also focused on M&A transactions, securities offerings, and corporate matters. Brian holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Chicago.
