Bridget Chang

Bridget Chang is an experienced professional currently serving as the Senior Director of the IIRIS Community at Informa since October 2016, with a focus on user/customer support and data compliance regarding GDPR, CASL, and US-related data privacy. Prior to this, Bridget held multiple significant roles at Penton from June 1993 to April 2014, including Senior Director of User Experience & Marketing Systems Training, where responsibilities included overseeing subscription fulfillment, customer service operations, and marketing systems training. Bridget is skilled in contract negotiation, budget management, and developing training platforms, with a unique ability to incorporate humor and creativity in the workplace. Bridget earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from The University of Kansas and completed Eloqua Masters Classes in 2014.
