Cheryl Scott

Cheryl Scott is an accomplished editorial professional with extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical publishing industry. Currently serving as Editor in Chief of BioProcess International at Informa since November 2023, Cheryl previously held the position of senior technical editor at BioProcess International from May 2002 to November 2023, where Cheryl was a cofounder of the magazine and played a key role in research writing, copyediting, and layout design. Prior to this, Cheryl worked at Advanstar Communications as an editor for BioPharm magazine and held editing roles at Industrial Publishing and World of Transcription. Cheryl began a career in publishing after earning a BA in Journalism from the University of Arkansas and a BA in English from Long Island University, Southampton Campus.
