Crystal Blackledge

Crystal Blackledge currently serves as HR Lead - Technology and Head of HR, M&A at Informa, a role held since March 2019. Crystal has held various positions within Informa, including Senior People & Talent Partner and Senior HR Business Partner in the Informa Markets division. Prior experience includes serving as a Trustee at RSPCA from September 2021 to April 2023, and HR Business Partner at Omya from August 2017 to March 2019. Additional roles include Team Leader at Greene King and International Volunteer at Restless Development. Crystal holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from The Open University and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from the University of Hull, along with a Level 3 CIPD HRM qualification from Hull College.
