Crystal O’Connell is currently the Head of HR, Technology at Informa, where they have also served in multiple HR roles, including Senior People & Talent Partner and HR Business Partner. They have previous experience as a Trustee at RSPCA from 2021 to 2023 and held interim positions in HR at Tarsus. Crystal completed an MSc in Human Resource Management from The Open University and holds a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from The University of Hull. In addition to their HR expertise, they were an International Volunteer with Restless Development in 2016.
