Geoff Silk has over two decades of experience in IT and support services, currently serving as the Head of Global 2nd Line Support Services at Informa since July 2013, with previous roles including Technical Services & Support Manager and IT Infrastructure Analyst. Prior to Informa, Geoff held the position of IT Manager at Primal Pictures from 1999 to 2012. Geoff holds a BSc in Information Systems & Management from Birkbeck College, University of London, earned between 1999 and 2003, as well as A-Levels in Maths, Chemistry, and English from La Swap 6th Form College from 1994 to 1996.
