Ian Branch

Ian Branch currently serves as the Director of Global Business Services at Informa, overseeing finance and HR shared services across multiple countries. Previously, Ian held the position of Global Business Operations Director at UBM plc, where responsibilities included managing shared service centers and developing finance operating models. Ian's extensive experience also encompasses a role as Senior Vice President and Divisional CFO at Conduent, leading organizational restructuring, and a significant tenure at Xerox, where Ian rose through various financial leadership roles, including SVP and Divisional CFO for Xerox Services. Ian holds a BSc in Mathematics from The University of Manchester and is a Fellow Chartered Management Accountant.
