Jeff Morris

Jeff Morris is an experienced journalist and editor specializing in aerospace and defense publications. Currently serving as Editor-in-chief of Aerospace Daily & Defense Report at Informa since January 2017, Jeff leads content management for the Aviation Week publication. Previously, Jeff was Editor at Penton after its acquisition of McGraw-Hill's Aviation Week, managing content for the Aviation Week Intelligence Network from August 2013 to December 2023. Jeff's career in aerospace journalism began in March 2001 with The McGraw-Hill Companies as an editor and technology reporter. Prior experience includes a role as Managing Editor at Launchspace Publications from 1996 to 1999 and contract work at the Ft. Belvoir Countermine Systems Directorate from 1990 to 1994. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from William & Mary and graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School for Science & Technology.
