Mary Bartle

Mary Bartle is an accomplished legal professional specializing in mergers and acquisitions, with extensive experience across various prestigious firms. Currently serving as Head of M&A Legal for EMEA and APAC at Informa since January 2020, Mary previously held the position of Senior M&A Counsel. Prior to Informa, Mary worked at Clifford Chance from November 2015 to January 2020 as a Senior Associate in M&A Corporate, and began the legal career at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP as an Associate after completing an Articled Student position. Mary Bartle holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Victoria (2009-2012) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Relations and Affairs from Simon Fraser University (2003-2007).
