Nancy Parks is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director for Informa Festivals since January 2025. Previously, Nancy held various senior roles at Ascential from December 2017 to January 2025, including Chief People Officer and VP of People & Executive Coach. Nancy participated in the Roundtable Conversations for The Black British Network in 2021, focusing on empowering the Black community. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Tesco PLC, where Nancy was the Head of HR for General Merchandise, and significant roles at Whitbread Plc and Deloitte. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Maths & Statistics from The London School of Economics and Political Science, completed in 2002, and attended St Albans Girls School from 1992 to 1999.
