Page Baldwin has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, beginning as a Manufacturing Support Facilitator at Tata Steel from September 2006 to November 2011. Subsequently, Page worked at South Hook LNG Terminal Company from November 2011 to October 2016 in Competence Development and Training roles. From October 2016 to August 2021, Page served in Learning and Organisational Development at The Royal Mint. Page then joined Taylor & Francis Group, initially as a Global Organisational Development Specialist from August 2021 to August 2023, later advancing to Global Head of Organisational Development from August 2024 to July 2023. Most recently, Page has been a Senior Executive in Human Resources at Informa since October 2025 and served as Head of Learning & Development at Capital Law Ltd from July 2023 to July 2024.
