Peter Loibl is an accomplished media sales executive with extensive experience in the content marketing and technology sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Media Sales for Informa's Foodservice Group since May 2019, Peter oversees sales for the Content Marketing Institute (CMI) and its associated products. Prior to this role, Peter held the position of President & Chief Strategy Officer at CONCURED and served as VP/Head of Sales at UBM Tech, where responsibilities included managing a $15 million portfolio of media brands and facilitating CMI's integration into UBM. Peter was instrumental in establishing CMI's media portfolio as Vice President of Sales and Publisher of Chief Content Officer magazine, leading to the organization's acquisition by UBM for $17 million. Earlier in the career, Peter excelled at Crain Communications and American Business Media, consistently exceeding revenue goals and developing robust client strategies. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from The Ohio State University and certificates in Media Management from New York University and Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
