Punit Patel is an experienced data engineering professional with a strong background in building and enhancing data platforms. Currently serving as Head of Data Engineering at Informa since September 2018, Punit has significantly improved a key marketing platform, leading to reduced load times and failure rates. Punit co-founded PulseHR in January 2020 and previously held positions such as Senior Data Engineer at Virgin Money, Senior Data Consultant at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence, and Oracle Business Intelligence Consultant at Capgemini. Punit possesses expertise in AWS, Talend, and ETL processes, with a focus on generating actionable insights and creating advanced data visualizations. Punit holds a Master of Science in Engineering with Business Management from King's College London and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Nottingham.
