Ruth Ovens

Ruth joined Informa Tech in March 2021 with over 15 years’ experience in senior and global people leadership roles, working in a range of industries including media, logistics and technology.

Ruth is passionate about the difference that great people leadership and being inclusive can make, not only to business performance but also to colleagues, audience, customers, communities and the tech industry as a whole.

Ruth is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has an MSc in Strategic Personnel and Development, where her dissertation focused on the impact of company values on business performance.
