Matthew Hodges

Matthew Hodges is the Director of Continuous Improvement at SJV. Matthew has also served as the Director of Research and Quality Assurance at InformData from January 2017 to May 2022. At InformData, they were responsible for managing a vast network of third party vendors across the country, as well as a research department consisting of over 100 people across multiple states. Matthew also led company-wide cost saving initiatives for various work streams, resulting in over $1,000,000 in savings over the last 5 years. In addition, they drove workflow efficiency projects focused on domestic vendor fulfillment, negotiation of pricing and contract management, and process optimization via the DMAIC method. Matthew also successfully scaled costs and screening operations during and after the difficult economic times during the pandemic.

Matthew Hodges has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.S.B / A) from University of Phoenix and certification from Instituto Cervantes in Apto for the DELE C1 - HIGHLY ADVANCED. Matthew also has certification from Emory Continuing Education in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
