Mike Periard

Michael Periard has extensive experience in financial leadership, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at InformData since November 2022. Prior roles include Chief Financial Officer and Adviser at Integrated Global Services from 2017 to 2021, and positions as Chief Financial Officer at Maintenance Enterprises Inc, DISA Global Solutions, Inc., and Entertainment Promotions from 2014 to 2017, 2006 to 2013, and 2004 to 2006, respectively. Additionally, Michael held the title of VP of Finance at TradeBeam from 2002 to 2004. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
