Aly Wood

Aly Wood is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in diversity and inclusion leadership. Currently serving as the Global Manager for Diversity and Inclusion at Informatica since May 2022, Aly develops and executes comprehensive strategies that align with organizational values. Additionally, as an IDEA Practitioner at NASA, Aly evaluates inclusion plans for STEM-related funding proposals. With contributions to various initiatives, Aly has also held advisory roles at Chezie and served as Interim Chief of Staff at Cyber Collective. Prior experience includes managing diversity programs at IBM and engaging customers at Scott's Cheap Flights and Yapp. Aly holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and an Associate of Arts in Diversity and Inclusion from Waldorf University.
