Eric Rahn

Eric Rahn currently serves as the Corporate Sustainability & Compliance Officer at Informatica, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Eric worked at Booz Allen Hamilton from July 2017 to April 2023, where responsibilities included serving as Associate General Counsel for Anticorruption & Third-Party Risk Management and leading the anticorruption team. Eric's legal career began at WilmerHale, where significant experience was gained in internal and governmental investigations involving anticorruption and securities law. Additional experience includes a secondment in Google's Ethics & Compliance Department and roles at Baker & McKenzie and Compass Lexecon. Eric holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics from Georgetown University.
