Jim Riley has extensive experience in global alliances and customer success management across several technology companies. Currently serving at Informatica since June 2019, Jim focuses on enhancing client success through effective solution delivery within a global partner ecosystem. Previous roles include Director of Global Alliance Sales at SUSE, where Jim developed partner and OEM integrated solutions, and Customer Success Manager at BMC Software. Earlier in Jim's career, significant positions included Global Service Account Manager and Area Services Principal at Novell, and Senior Manager of Education at Vignette Corporation. Jim holds a degree in Theology from St. Thomas Aquinas Seminary.
