Kelly Braunstein

Kelly Braunstein, M.S., currently serves as Sr. Manager of Onboarding and Leader Development at Informatica, leading new hire onboarding and leader development programs since March 2023. As a member of the Sales Enablement Collective since January 2022, Kelly contributes to fostering alignment within organizations concerning sales enablement. Previous experience includes roles as Onboarding Manager in Revenue Enablement at Persado, where strategic planning and execution of role-based onboarding were key responsibilities, and Customer Success Manager at Malwarebytes. Kelly also held positions as Mid-Market Account Executive at Zoom Video Communications and Online Account Executive, alongside an extensive tenure as Sales Director at Peak Beverage. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Hartford and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from San Diego State University, complemented by study at Université Paris-Sorbonne.
