Louise Rourke

Louise Rourke is an experienced HR professional with a background in senior leadership roles across diverse regions, including EMEA and LATAM. Currently serving as the Senior HR Director at Informatica, Louise has held various positions, including HR Director for the UK, Ireland, Benelux, and Nordics, as well as Senior HR Business Partner for Northern Europe. Prior experience includes serving as HR Manager for BMC Software in the UK and Ireland, and beginning a career as HR Assistant at Foster Wheeler Energy Ltd. Louise holds a CIPD qualification in Human Resources from Wokingham & Bracknell College and has furthered professional knowledge at the University of Southampton.
