Luca Mancinelli

Luca Mancinelli, PhD, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, operations management, and data analytics. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Informatica since September 2019, Luca manages Cloud Strategic Accounts in Italy and Iberia, focusing on customer satisfaction and solution maximization. Additionally, since December 2021, Luca holds the position of Vice President at Comites Irlanda, fostering community engagement and supporting the Italian professional network in Ireland. As Director of Operations at e-ducare, Luca has led numerous initiatives including a significant project to build a school in Vietnam. Previous roles at SAS and various internships in geology and geophysics have enriched Luca's analytical skills and technical expertise. Luca's educational background includes an Executive MBA from Trinity College Dublin and a PhD in Geology from the same institution, complemented by postgraduate qualifications in data analytics and multiple master’s degrees in geoscience and petroleum geophysics.
