Matthew Dearmon

Matthew Dearmon, Ph.D., has extensive experience in talent management, leadership development, and educational consulting. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Talent Management and Leadership Development at Informatica since February 2016, Matthew leads the development of individuals and teams through coaching, performance management, and instructional design. Matthew's previous roles at Informatica include Director and Senior Manager of Leadership and Professional Development, where responsibilities encompassed the design and implementation of strategic learning programs. Prior to Informatica, Matthew co-founded LEAP and held leadership positions at Elite CEU and Round Rock ISD, focusing on educational development and instructional support. Matthew holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from The University of Texas at Austin, alongside a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University. Additionally, Matthew contributes to the community as a DJ and mobile sound system operator for non-profit organizations.
