Matthew Jordan is a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in talent acquisition across EMEA and LATAM regions. As a Principal Recruiter at Informatica since February 2022, Matthew oversees full cycle recruitment processes. Previously, Matthew held a Senior Recruiter position at TIBCO, where responsibilities included sourcing and interviewing candidates in various fields. Earlier roles at Bluewolf and IBM, as well as a solid educational background with a Master’s in Climate Change & Environmental Sustainability from Dublin City University and a Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management from Technological University Dublin, further complement Matthew's professional expertise.
