Minden Beach is a seasoned executive and leadership development coach with over 15 years of experience in coaching, training, and leadership development across nonprofit and corporate sectors, including roles at Fortune 200 companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Talent Management & Leadership Development at Informatica and as the Founder & Executive Coach at Minden Beach Coaching, Minden has previously held significant positions at First Republic Bank, Pacific Gas and Electric Company, and CORO Center for Civic Leadership. Minden holds an MPA with an emphasis in Organizational Development from San Francisco State University, a BA in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and completed the Leading Forward Strategic Leadership Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
