Robert Lau is an accomplished finance executive with over 30 years of global experience in treasury, corporate finance, investor relations, real estate, strategic sourcing, and tax functions. Currently serving as the Treasurer and Group VP of Real Estate, Workplace, and Procurement at Informatica, Robert plays a key role in significant corporate transactions, including the company’s go-private LBO in 2015 and its IPO in 2021. Previously, Robert held various finance roles, including Treasurer at Informatica and Director of Treasury at Yahoo! Inc. Robert earned an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley - Walter A. Haas School of Business and holds CPA and CFA designations.
