Robert Saymon has extensive experience in software engineering and solution architecture, currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at Informatica since February 2013. In this role, Robert has significantly enhanced product stability and improved issue resolution times through the implementation of a metrics collection platform. Additionally, Robert provides technical leadership to over 20 engineers across various regions. As a Principal Solution Architect at Active Endpoints since January 2006, Robert has focused on translating business process management requirements into executable processes and mentoring development teams. Prior to these roles, Robert held positions at Novell, Inc. as a Senior Technical Account Manager, as well as various roles in project management and consulting since 1990. Robert holds a BS in Business Administration and Management from Fairfield University and an MS in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of New Haven.
