Sanjay Das currently serves as Vice President of Global Customer Support at Informatica, where responsibilities include managing a global team exceeding 100 engineers and managers, while also planning and enhancing support policies in alignment with industry standards. Prior experience includes roles as Sr. Director of Technical Support and Technical Director at Informatica, where Sanjay successfully expanded the MDM team from four to over twenty members post the acquisition of Siperian. Previous positions include Manager of Technical Support at Siperian, where Sanjay established a support team in Bangalore, and Technical Architect at the Royal Bank of Scotland Group, contributing significantly to data warehouse projects. Sanjay holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Honors from Ranchi University and a Master of Computer Applications from the Institute of Engineering and Technology.
