Swati Thacker

Swati Thacker is a seasoned technical writer with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Principal Technical Writer at Informatica since October 2020, Swati previously held the position of Lead Technical Writer at Mautic, contributing to the documentation during Google’s Season of Docs program in 2020. Prior experience includes a decade at Oracle as a Senior Technical Writer and Associate Technical Writer, as well as a brief internship as a Reporter at Bangalore Mirror. Swati holds a Master of Arts in English and Communication Studies from Christ University, Bangalore, and a Bachelor's degree in English Honors from the University of Calcutta. Education began at St. Agnes School in Kharagpur, culminating in an SSLC in English Language and Literature.
