Tim Boe

Tim Boe has extensive experience in license management and compliance, currently serving as GVP License Management at Informatica since February 2011, with global responsibilities for licensing education and enforcement. Tim has progressively advanced through various leadership roles at Informatica, including Vice President of License Management Services, Senior Director, and Senior Manager, where responsibilities included leading teams on software license compliance and offering strategic input on enterprise license agreements and audit defense. Prior to Informatica, Tim worked at KPMG as an Advisory Senior Associate focusing on contract compliance services and held roles at Carlson Consulting Enterprise and Allina Hospitals and Clinics, where project management and financial planning were key responsibilities. Tim's formal education includes dual MBA degrees in Consulting, Strategy, and Finance from the University of Minnesota, along with a BS in Accounting and Marketing from St. Cloud State University.
