Venkat Raghavan

Venkat Raghavan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and product management within the technology sector. Currently serving as Senior Director of Technical Support for Informatica Data Management Cloud since February 2014, Venkat Raghavan oversees technical support for the APAC region, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention while developing cloud support strategies. Previously, Venkat Raghavan held various leadership roles at Informatica, including Director and Associate Director of Technical Support, as well as Senior Manager. Prior to joining Informatica, Venkat Raghavan worked at IBM for over 13 years, where roles included Product Manager and Development Manager for WebSphere Cast Iron, among others. Venkat Raghavan holds a Master of Science in Computer Software Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Mepco Schlenk Engineering College.
