He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Computer Science from Gujarat University, India and M.S in Telecommunication Management from Stevens Institute of Technology, NJ; He also holds several industries recognized certifications such as Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Cicso Certified Network Professional (CCNP), and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).

Mr. Thakkar is a pioneer leader and strategist with over 18 years' experience in the Information Technology, Telecommunication, Systems and Security engineering, software development, storage application, Broadband Cable infrastructure, Wireless, IPTV and VoIP technology, Optical backbone, RF/UHF/VHF and Satellite communications and business management, technical talent and analytical expertise in overseeing technology improvement initiatives and aligning information service with business goals. He has leveraged his experience in the design of Informatics Solutions, LLC innovative products and services. His vision is that prudent, practical IT solutions can be cost effectively achieved and sustained.
