Miles Chapman has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as a 4 SOPS Satellite Vehicle Operator, Crew Commander, and Instructor for the United States Air Force from 2002. In 2006, they moved on to become the Country Director and Political Military Affairs Advisor / International Trade Show Coordinator for the Secretary of the Air Force, International Affairs. From 2009 to 2011, Chapman was a student at the Naval Postgraduate School. Miles then took on the role of Chief, Office of Defense Cooperation for the US Embassy South Africa from 2011 to 2013. In 2013, Chapman became the Acquisitions Test Director for the Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center, where they lead and supervised seven military personnel and one civilian in daily operations. In 2015, they were the Partner Nation Integrator for Special Operations Command, planning, coordinating, and building the Multinational Coalition for Special Operation Command\u2019s Foreign Fighter Task Force. Finally, from 2016 to 2017, Chapman was the Director, Coding Operations for Change Healthcare.

Miles Chapman obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature, General from the University of North Dakota between 1995 and 1998. Miles then went on to obtain a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the Naval Postgraduate School between 2009 and 2011. Additionally, they hold certifications from the Defense Acquisition University as a Certified Acquisition Professional: Program Management Level 1 and a Certified Acquisition Professional: Test and Evaluation Level 1.
