Neal Cheatwood

Neal Cheatwood has extensive experience in IT operations and system administration, currently serving as the Director of IT Operations at InformData since March 2020, previously holding the position of IT Operations Manager. Prior roles include Senior System Engineer and Help Desk Manager at CBRE | Heery, where responsibilities encompassed application and server support, as well as management of various Microsoft technologies. Neal also worked at Bennett Thrasher as a System Administrator and Help Desk Administrator, providing technical support and maintaining documentation for Microsoft server technologies and applications. Earlier experience includes positions at The Home Depot and Heery International, focusing on SCCM deployment and technical support. Neal holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Auburn University.
